The Academics EDGE U (Early Development & Growth through Education) is a revolutionary learning institute that applies an innovative proprietary pedagogy rooted in science that partners with our communities to learn, grow and thrive together. It is designed to prepare and support our team members and members of the ECE community to become qualified Academics EDGE community members and Educators; We offer programs, courses and certificates that engage our team and community to support children’s unlimited capacity and capability.

We are committed to providing programming based on the belief that everyone, every child is capable and all of us can individually and collectively make a positive impact on a child’s life, each other’s and our community through learning. 

Course subjects include Trauma-Sensitivity, Anti-Racism and Inclusion, Exceptionalities and Supportive Environments and Indigenous Reconciliation in Learning and Programming.
